What does every club coach receive?
Every coach added to the club receives Relyx Pro, plus access to the club workspace, its shared resources, and the seasons they are part of.
Can coaches keep their own drills and templates?
Yes. Coaches keep their personal library while also using and contributing to the club library. Personal and club resources stay separate.
Who can edit the club development framework?
Club administrators manage the framework. The skills come with Relyx; what your administrators set is what each level means and which age band should reach it.
Does every team have to follow the same season plan?
No. The club provides a shared development framework and shared coaching resources. Each team still creates its own goals, priorities, practices, and season plan.
How does this help players moving up an age group?
Every age group works from the same definitions, so the coach preparing a group and the coach receiving it next season mean the same thing by each skill and level. Relyx does not assess or track individual players. It gives your coaches a written description of what each level means, so expectations between teams are agreed rather than assumed.
Can two coaches work on the same season?
Yes. Coaches with access to a season can work on its practices, goals, and development priorities together, without sending files around.
What happens when a coach leaves?
A club administrator removes their access and the seat frees up. Club-owned drills, practice templates, and shared seasons stay with the organization.
Can we add coaches during the year?
Yes. Additional seats can be added at any time and are prorated for the remainder of your subscription year.
Can we reduce the number of coaches?
Seats can be removed, and the reduction takes effect at your next renewal.
Is Relyx Club billed monthly?
No. Relyx Club is billed annually.
