Can I try Relyx before paying?
Yes, use the Free plan for as long as you need, with no credit card. Every free account also includes 3 Smart Plan generations, so you can watch the AI build a practice before you pay. Upgrade to Pro the day you're ready; downgrade anytime and Pro stays active through the period you've paid for.
Can I switch billing or plans later?
Yes. Switch between Monthly and Annual billing anytime. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Upgrading to Pro is instant, downgrading keeps Pro active until the period you've paid for ends.
What is Smart Plan?
Smart Plan is Relyx's AI practice generator. Tell it your team level, focus, and the time you have on court, and it builds a full practice in about 60 seconds. Every free account gets 3 generations to test it, one time, not monthly. Pro includes 20 per week, and each new generation or re-roll counts as one. Weekly limits reset every Monday. How does the Free plan practice limit work?
Free keeps up to 5 practices in your library at a time. You can delete older ones to make room for new practices, so a Free coach can plan a full season by curating as they go. Pro keeps your full practice history so you can look back at how the season evolved.
Can I create my own drills?
Yes. Use the built-in diagram editor to sketch drills on a basketball court, with players, ball movement, cuts, and screens, then save them to your library and use them in any practice. Free includes up to 10 saved custom drills; Pro includes up to 500. You also start with the Relyx drill library, and building a drill library you'll actually reuse covers what to write down so a drill still works next season.
What payment methods are supported?
Paddle Billing powers checkout: cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and local methods. Prices auto-convert to your currency and VAT is handled for EU and UK coaches.
I run a club or program. What does Relyx Club include?
Relyx Club is one workspace for your whole coaching staff: a development framework where you set what each skill level means and which age should get there, a shared library of drills and practice templates, one place for your coaches to plan seasons together, coach and seat administration, and Relyx Pro for every coach. Can we add coaches to our club during the year?
Yes. Extra seats can be added at any time and are prorated for the rest of your subscription year. If you need fewer seats, the reduction takes effect at your next renewal.
Is Relyx Club billed monthly?
No. Relyx Club is billed annually. The Monthly and Annual toggle above applies to individual Pro accounts.
