Pass Around Panic
Players work in half court with passers inside the 3-point line and receivers outside the 3-point line. Passers organize their own targets, complete as many pass-and-return actions as possible, never passing to the same player twice in a row.
Instructions
- Use 6 to 10 players in half court
- Place half the players outside the 3-point line at open spots
- Place the other half inside the 3-point line with balls
- Each inside player passes to an outside player and gets the ball back.
- Do not pass to the same outside player twice in a row.
- Run as one team score challenge against the clock or compete against another group.
Coaching Points
- Pass with pace to the receiver’s target hand
- Show hands early and stay ready to catch
- Ensure receiver looks at you before passing
Variations
- Require one dribble before each pass
- Specify one type of pass for the full round
